Local Shipping
A flat shipping rate of R75.00 per order but free shipping available for orders over R 700.00.
All orders ship from Cape Town. Local Cape Town deliveries within 30km are delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Local Cape Town deliveries that fall outside this range will be shipped with a courier on Tuesday and Thursday for delivery the following day. National Shipping
All national deliveries are shipped with a courier, with a 2 – 5 day shipping time. Should you require a Saturday delivery, or expedited shipping please contact us at admin@bagodicks.co.za or WhatsApp us on 066 244 7173.
High Risk Areas
Deliveries will not be done to any high risk areas, not for local Cape Town or courier. If your address falls within a high risk area, we will reach out to you to arrange for your order to go to either a Pudo Locker or Pargo pick up point, whichever is closest to your location.
International Shipping

In-store pickup
We currently do not offer In-store pick up but hopefully that is something we will be able to provide in the near future.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and tracking link for the courier. For local Cape Town deliveries within the 30km range an email with your delivery date will be sent.
Should you not have received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (5 days for rural and outlying areas), please contact us at admin@bagodicks.co.za or WhatsApp us on 066 244 7173 with your name and order number so that we can investigate for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
Buyer’s Remorse
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Wrong Item
If your order arrives and you received the wrong design or size, please email us as soon as possible at admin@bagodicks.co.za with your order number, photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and the wrong item collected.
